Becoming a Clear Blue Sea volunteer will help you build your skills and the skills of other volunteers/interns. You’ll provide pro-bono assistance to improve Clear Blue Sea’s environmental impact. Get involved with opportunities to share your knowledge, mentor, and more.
Professional Development Benefits
We provide training and experience a variety of fields from ocean conservancy and sustainability to engineering, robotics and business. All work is done in a collaborative team environment.
We provide letters of recommendation and serve as job references for both volunteers and interns to support your career development.
Internships Provide Challenging Work For Students
Clear Blue Sea has an extensive Internship Program that provides students with opportunities to participate in performing our water clean up mission.
Internships are volunteer positions with some providing academic credit. Occasionally some internships are paid based on grants and donor requests.
We have internships in engineering, sustainability, marketing, government affairs, web development, social media, business, education and many more.
We welcome students in high school through Graduate school.

To help streamline the process and to ensure you are a good fit, we are requesting key information in the form below which facilitates our determination on what specific projects and teams are optimal for you at Clear Blue Sea.
